2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
  • Delivery timelines vary depending on your location and the shipping provider.

3. Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been shipped.
  • Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking information to become available.

 

4. Shipping Providers

We use trusted logistics partners such as LBC, J&T, JRS, Ninja Van, or others, depending on your location and selected shipping option.

5. Shipping Delays

We are not liable for shipping delays caused by:

  • Natural disasters, courier disruptions, or unforeseen circumstances
  • Incomplete or incorrect delivery addresses provided at checkout
  • Customs clearance delays (for international orders)

6. Shipping Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and correct before finalizing your order. We are not responsible for:

  • Lost packages due to incorrect addresses
  • Re-delivery fees for returned or undeliverable packages

7. Lost or Damaged Packages

  • If your package is lost or damaged in transit, contact us immediately.
  • We will assist you in filing a claim with the courier.
  • Claims must be reported within 7 days of the delivery date shown on the tracking information.

8. Order Not Received

If your tracking number shows your order was delivered but you did not receive it:

  • Check with household members or neighbors first.
  • Contact the shipping provider directly for assistance.
  • If the issue persists, contact us. We may require a signed affidavit or local incident report before investigating further.

9. Return to Sender / Failed Delivery

  • For orders returned to us due to incorrect address, unclaimed packages, or failed delivery attempts, we will:
    • Notify you by email
    • Offer to re-ship (additional fees may apply), or
    • Refund the item cost (excluding original shipping)

10. International Shipping (if applicable)

  • Customs duties and taxes (if any) are the responsibility of the buyer.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
